The Aren Eggmine is a cave interior constructed out of mold-rocks rather than proper int pieces, while not game breaking and the location is for now out of the way this is still an ugly annd obvious break from standards, which should be rectified.
I'm not sure if this is a TR_Mainland problem or a TR_Data problem, but the Guard Exemplar in "Old Ebonheart, Grand Chapel of Talos: Towers" has a strange dunmer face, even though he's an Imperial.
Going through the Imperial Archeological Society's basement I haven't noticed any sounds, text appearing, though I should have. In the locked room of the basement, where the Gem, responsible for the quest beginning must lie, there is no trace of it at all.
Would be cool to see a reference to TES Daggerfall, a Furniture Shop which is actually a thieves den (in TESII all furniture shops were thieves guild nests :))
When asking about "specific place" in Tel Branora, the NPCs will tell you that the ship offers travel to Ebonheart, Vivec, Molag Mar, and Sadrith Mora. With the new travel network introduced by TR_travels, this should be updated.
In the Imperial section of Helnim, most prominently seen on the warehouse, various exterior building textures throughout the town appear distorted, as if they are inverted, or overly bright or reflective? Honestly I'm not sure how to describe it, but pictures speak a thousand words, so here you go.
One of the sea floor cells between Julan-Shar and West Gash is missing and seemingly cut out from the section file. The borders don't match any adjacent cells either. The CS coordinates are -16, 8. Also, the adjacent cells -16, 7 and -15, 7 are assigned to West Gash Region and -14, 5; -14, 4 and -14, 2 are assigned to Bitter Coast Region, although they should be in Grey Meadows (and I guess -13, 1, currently assigned to Bitter Coast Region, should be in Clambering Moor, but maybe that is covered by the sea floor claim).
Found this in preview: TR_ex_5-19_pier is a static version of the Ravenrock pier, this should either be a dedicated asset (like the broader discussions of a static version of the ravenrock set) or should be replaced with a more standard asset
Two instances in cormar, one near cormar and a fourth is found in the Uld Vraech where it isnt even being used in an imperial settlment rather a Redoran outpost.
