The first is that Kettigrim will just say "I told you everything you need to know" when Vendel goes upstairs to meet with Balvene, despite the fact that he hasn't actually said anything of note. No slips of the tongue were made, nor was any Sujamma requested. I had to run "set controlQ to 0" on him to progress.
The second is more of a suggestion; as I leave the manor and begin to walk toward's Arvud's exit after all of this, I am immeditaly asked by a guard to see Balvene (who has lost her gems). Perhaps this should be delayed a bit?
See attached image for rumor in question, from Indriri Veram in Iman.
Bit disappointing to follow up on those rumors, go all the way to the hut and find not only no NPC, but no trace of where they have gone and nothing interesting in the Romavel Ancestral Tomb also mentioned
Marayn Voldal of the Howling Hound in Vhul has a generic 'food' dialogue option (likely for all publicians) that lists what beverages the pub has to sell. Unfortunately, this list does not match the barter inventory.
"I've got the good stuff, too, behind the counter -- Cyrodiilic brandy and flin -- but it ain't cheap." - except he doesn't sell either. He lists all of greef shein mazte and sujamma but I don't believe he sells all four either.
In vanilla faction quests, questgivers never tell you "This was your last job. You've accomplished everything here. You should look for jobs elsewhere." immediately upon finishing their final quests. It sounds a bit too gamey compared to mundane jobs, and more importantly, it deprives you of directions to other faction cells because the player has no reason to click on jobs/orders/duties/etc topic after reading that.
Issues related to NPCs not attacking the player during the Orlukh questline:
If the player attacks the Hlaalu caravan guard first in Roadside Picnic, then the other caravaner won't be hostile until she is attacked herself.
The spa guard at the Andas estate attacks a vampire player on greeting them, but then immediately returns to being passive on successfully hitting the player.
Given the level of control that the mabrigashes have over the other NPCs at the stronghold, it seems strange that everyone other than the sisters attacks a player with vampirism, including the slaves in the propylon chamber with the elder sister. The younger sisters in the dome even have dialogue reflecting their relative lack of hostilities towards a vampire player.
After killing of the scamps (reflected in Atreno's dialogue through the blocked door) and escorting him outside of the dungeon, Atreno initiates dialogue with me to complain about scamps still being present, which shouldn't happen unless he is still in the dungeon and scamps are actually present. Speaking to him afterwards seems completely normal however.
