TR_m4_MG_Ando_8a 5 says Ethalvora asked the player to return the lens, but it was Adric.
Nelos keeps saying "Research has begun in earnest, thanks to you." even after the Polyhedrascope is finished.
If you buy the Bizarre Helmet from Malmas Habattu, the journal and dialogue still mention it as being part of the package he gives you despite this not being the case.
Killing Adric after escorting him out of Kurhu upsets Ethalvora because you "failed" the quest. She'll say he's here now, except he obviously isn't.
The front most top beams of both the in_c_stone_endcap pieces used at the end of the OE fighters guild's stairs to the basement are caspering quite badly

A response to the topic Hamum Root filtered to TR_m3_Amelphia Tarramon
"You can find Hamum Root on any Hamum plant on the mainland of Morrowind. Though you can usually find them growing north of Ildrim, I hear there's a more local farmer to the east of here who's planted a row. If you're very polite, you could probably take some samples from her crops."
And a journal entry for TR_m3_Wil_Foeburner, still refer to Darvonis as Ildrim
Apperas During the Mages Guild Quest: "Axiomatic Inversion" (Androthen) After Adric Jerenise orders me to return the Wier Gate Focus Lens.
When I enter Talos Tower I get a recurring Error messages "Scale parameters for magic effect Shock Damage is bad" and "Scale parameters for magic effect Drain Magicka is bad." If I chose to "Yes" to continue running executable the messages reappear almost instantly. This seems to go on indefinitely. It seems to correlate with a magick effect going of in the area.
The quest TR_m2_AO_FlinGalore in Andar Mok has two lines mentioning the EEC in Helnim:
"Excellent work, %PCRank. You have my gratitude for handling this so well. This crime will not go unpunished, I will make sure of that. Now I must return to Helnim Hall; come and find me there when you return."
In the Firewatch FG quest TR_m1_FG_Mandaran, you are sent to kill Gamras Silni, a hostile outlaw that the player might have easily already killed at this point. Quest stage 15 only triggers on Silni's death, but only if you already got the quest, making it impossible to get.
There actually WAS a failsafe implemented for this, but it still filters for the death of TR_m1_O_Jalian, a completely different outlaw. The dialogue with Brandt for when Senillos Tulnus is dead also still wrongly uses Jalian's name.
