Not sure if this is a bug, but Salius Magrodius at Manrizache refers to the excavation as the "most exciting excavation this side of the Inner Sea" despite being located in the Padomaic.
This document, found in Fane of The Ancestors: Vault, has the typo 'dias' instead of 'dais'. Additionally, it might be more in line with Temple doctrine to refer to House Dagoth as the Sixth House, rather than the Unmourned House in this document.
In vanilla this class is exclusively used by ashlanders, and if you give it to other NPCs they will get the topic "Ashlanders in war", and give a response that only makes sense for ashlanders. Here is a list of NPCs that need a different class.
