Actually a bug in TR_Factions. For several of the lines added by TR, a line break is missing at the end of the line, causing the paragraphs not to separate properly and making the book harder to read. I also find it inconsistent that the district is listed for the Vvardenfell councilors, but not for the mainland ones (this should be Telvannis District, right?).
Upon letting Ja'Jabba escape and reporting that he will not cause any more problems, you get a reward of two scrolls of the 4th barrier. However, in the journal it says you get 100 septims. For the other bounties, it only says that you have collected your reward, so this should be changed accordingly (or at least the information should be correct).
Upon finishing the quest "Burden of Proof" and making Diranya satisfied, she tells the player that they will get access to Roa Dyr's services. The same information also appears in the journal. However, the mer in Craftsmen's Hall will still give you a Service Refusal response, and tell the player that they only serve members of House Indoril. There are a few other NPCs offering services in Roa Dyr, but as far as I understand they did that also before finishing the quest.
Not far from Akamora, on the road to Dun Akafell, there is a rock face mesh that extends too far above the ground. It is invisible from the underside, so it appears as an invisible wall when approaching from head on.
”What are you ogling at, you arse-faced goat? Your unsightly mug must be the reason why there aren't any mirrors left in this damn elf-infested sinkhole of a province!”
The greeting misses a filter apparently. It triggers when I did the following:
1. Brought Aurelia to Dondril. 2. Talked to Foedus for my reward. 3. Went upstairs for my (double) promotion and am told there are no duties, but Foedus might have more duties for me. 4. Talked to Foedus and he says this line.
In the quest "A Ruined Legacy", you are meant to venture into Darano Ancestral Tomb to acquire a sword, but the urn in which it is placed appears to have a normal urn stacked on top of it, which will open instead if you select the top half of the urn. I did not realize this, so I was stuck searching the tomb for the sword for quite a while until I discovered that I needed to open this urn from the bottom.
1. Old Ebonheart/Fighters Guild/Main Hall, dinning room on the left: There is an unspecified potion on the table behind Hvederik. It has no icon and no effect. Image: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/images/5677
When taking the guided tour in Kemel-Ze, the guide, Barmena Lletrith, disappears when leaving each area to enter the next one. This is intended to happen next to each door, so the player knows where to go next. However, in one of the interiors (I think it was Rzarch), he disappears almost intantly after entering. I did find him in the next interior, though, but the script obviously did not work as intended here.
Most (if not all?) docks in Vvardenfell have a staircase so one can easily get up from the water via the docks, which is useful should you fall into the water (or if you have swam across the sea and want to get up). This is not the case for Marog. Given the steep cliffs, this makes it difficult to get out of the water without using magic, which I don't think should be necessary.
