Several textures in the /tr/c/ folder had been resized to 512x and 1024x, but were not technically upscaled, so they were just larger and blurry. They were present in both the vanilla and HD packages. I've resized them to their 'native' resolution. This should be applied to both packages.
Please see related bug for details. Essentially, some sounds in Tamriel_Data were mixed in stereo rather than mono. Both OpenMW and the vanilla engine (with hardware-accelerated 3D sound) cannot attenuate (pan and fade with distance) any stereo sounds. So you'd start hearing Ornadas from like 40 ft. at full volume, or Dridrea as soon as you walked into a dungeon, etc.
I fixed the issue by downmixing all stereo sounds to mono, while keeping the same bit rate and sample rate. In total, 91 sounds were fixed.
