"Three-Eyes" freezes my character and breaks the Thieves Guild Questline.

I found a bug during the Andothren Thieves Guild quest "Good Fences, Good Neighbors". The bug is regarding the NPC "Three-Eyes" that you have to recruit as a fence for the guild, whenever I tried to approach him my character would freeze up, but not my game. I could still access my inventory and the menu screen too, the music didn't stop either. When trying to speak with "Three-Eyes" you are also redirected to the previous dialogue box with the bosmer pawnbroker at the last stage you left it instead of accessing "Three-Eyes" appropriate dialogue box.

Penitent's Ring flagged as Owned in Shrine of Forgiveness quest

During the Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Forgiveness quest for the Tribunal Temple in Andothren, we are directed to pick up the Penitent's Ring from the table in front of Llaros Sadas in the Monastery of St. Aralor caverns. However, the ring is flagged as Owned, and picking it up gets reported as a crime, expelling the player from the Temple Faction.

Bounty notes should spawn a journal entry upon read

Reading the new bounty notes that were added to the DoD areas (and others?) only add the topic name of the bounty target, despite often being placed far away from the questgiver. This makes it easy to forget about the bounty. I think it would be a good idea if this would also add an entry to the journal if the quest is not started, which may or may not be tied with the associated quest. It is relevant information for the player to memorise after all.

Andothren guards have inconsistent uniforms

The Andothren guards are a complete mix of Canyon Watch guards and River Watch guards, with the former mostly present at the upper quarter and the latter mostly at the waterfront. Also different types of guards are placed in different buildings. In some buildings (such as the Council Manor), the two types of guards are even mixed within the same interior/sub-interiors. They all belong to the same unit within the Hlaalu guards, so their uniforms should reflect this. When fixing this, also check for any guards with a unique ID that is using the wrong uniform, since these are easy to miss.

NPC Turosi Salvel lost?

Greetings,

Completing the quest "Noises Off" requires to find a NPC named Turosi Salvel, from Port Telvannis. However, his Port Telvannis home is currently empty and locked, with the Dunmer himself being nowhere to be found. Besides, when I stand in front of his door, my and his location appear in the console as follows (see attachment):

Me: (341942.84; 140670.50)

Turosi Salvel: (-114.95; 22;23)

Following Salvel's coordinates led me somewhere near the Assarnatamat shrine, northeast of Balmora, where the NPC couldn't be found either. So, what happened to him?

The Adavrin Netch Ranch cell is called "Adavrin Plantation" instead

As title says. The place is called Adavrin Ranch on the gridmap, it looks like a netch ranch, all of the interior claims call it a netch ranch, but the cell is named "Adavrin Plantation" instead.
