I just reinstalled Morrowind after a failed modding installation attempt, and while the playthrough seems to have worked successfully, I seem to get these errors when loading the game.

Per title. Everything else seems to run fine, it just lags badly in those two cities. I am using MXE and intelligent textures, code patch, optimization patch and TR but nothing else. Anyone have any tips on getting the game to run just a bit more smoothly? Some have even suggested switching to OPEN MW. But I would like to avoid that if possible.

I recently updated to a newer verision of TR, and much to my disdain I am getting model error markers everywhere in TR areas. I have registered the BSAs in morrowind.ini and tried reinstalling TR to no avail - everything still fails to load. All plugins are loaded and sorted and all BSAs are fully registered and I'm receiving no error messages when loading Morrowind (disc version, not OpenMW).

Hello, so I ran around Necrom trying to find the complete set of Necrom Indoril Armor becuase it looks amazing. I found a certain place where I was able to get the complete set minus the gauntlets. The guards have the gauntlets but otherwise I can't find them anywhere and I cannot add them in the terminal. Any hints of where I can grab them or if I can even? Cheers!
When I attempt to start a new game using TR I get the error: expression error unable to find cell id helnim in script tr_m2_q_20_guarcount: this leads to a ctd and I have tried a fresh install and that did nothing. I registered the things I need to register in the Morrowind.ini file. This is my current load order:
So I followed all the steps , used wrye mash, updated mods which rely on tamriel data , cleaned the save , registered BSA
how come I am having this issue?

Notes:
The original claim calls for the cargo to be contained inside of a crate. Here, however, it is inside a locked chest.
Furthermore, the original method of solving the quest by removing the cargo has been replaced with two alternative methods; simply lifting the chest with a sufficient amount of strength (=>50), or healing the merchant with a restore strength spell.

I did Awoke and Broke as my first showcase. Note that the dialogue and journal entries mention the sewers, but the quest actually takes place inside the inn still due to the fact that the sewers do not yet exist.
The problem:
When I updated Tamriel Rebuilt to 21.01 and Tamriel Data v08, my game crashes to desktop on loading any savegame or new game:

This is one of many missing errors for Tur Julan, Necrom, and other areas.

Hlaalu Council
What started as an open meeting became mostly focused on Hlaalu Council discussion.
The situations of Edayn Sadras (Council Elector), Fethis Hlaalu (House Peer and Duke of Narsis District) and Orvas Dren (not actually a member of House Hlaalu even on paper) were confirmed, as TR documents were inconsistent on those points.
I've converted some in-engine screenshots into decent-looking paintings. What other subjects should I do? (The long-term goal is to replace all of the current assets which use real-world paintings.)
So far I've done:

- Queen Barenziah (new)

Wow, I was looking through my history here and realized that it has been about three years since the last time I posted an update on the Children of Tamriel project. First, some bad news: the project stalled completely in early 2019 and I have had other interests develop and have not really worked on it much since restarting the project after the project crash around 2017-2018 that I discussed earlier. However, my mind has not abandoned the idea, and I do plan to return to the project in some form later this year.
Unified Wiki
The main goal of the unified wiki (http://wiki.project-tamriel.com) is to encapsulate the things that UESP does not, can not cover: lore info without ESO and TES V bits strewn in, fluff, information for developers and so on.
TR will be migrating planning content currently hosted in the handbook to the PT wiki, which is being picked up by writers again. The main structural change from the old wiki is that namespaces will have been erased.
