Hello, TR team. While I was playing your new release I've noticed an issue(particularly two of them) regarding a newly-added quest in Old Ebonheart. The first issue being: When I'm speaking with a bar tender in Moth and Tiger after paying Poralia's tab she says that she has accidentally misplaced his journal and pointed out that it must be lying around somewhere. I've searched threw all inn (even using tcl) but still haven't managed to find this journal of him.

If memory serves, there is a way, in the construction set, to display external cell borders in the render window. The cell borders show up as either white or yellow lines if I recall. Does anyone know the command for this?

I mentioned this on Nexus for the last 2 releases of Tamriel_Data. The jar file is broken and wont work for anyone. You can't put a jar file in a jar file and expect the classes in that inner jar file to be usable as if their on the classpath.
You need to build a "shaded" jar file. You can do that with either maven or gradle. If I knew where the source code was, I'd post a PR.
I am a longtime modder, and a former member of the project. I look forward to working with the TR team.
UPDATE: I have completed my QUEST Showcase. It is set in the stronghold of Vandirelyon. After I am certified on Quests, I WILL CHANGE THE PREFIXES to match the section file and upload it to the Vandirelyon Quest page to be merged. Looking forward to the quest review.

After much lurking, I've finally done an interior showcase! The showcase cell is TR_SACarrow_Showcase. I based it on claim #11 in Hlan Oek, with the exterior shell being ex_hlaalu_b_18 and the interior shell based on Vorar Helas' house in Balmora.
Mouths of Parliament of Bugs don't give quests to a Master (or a higher rank) of House Telvanni. Rantela Irenam also doesn't give her quest to a Wizard or higher. It may be realistic (indeed, why bother a member who outranks you?) but it's uncomfortable. There are lots of quests in Morrowind and it's hard to care about their interconnection. A player may concentrate on a specific quests branch and accidentally forget that it affects some other branch, or it may be just inconvinient for him to run circles between NPCs making sure the quests don't block one another.

All I'm told is that they're in a cave north of Bosmora, but that doesn't really help since there's several caves practically in a line all north of Bosmora, and none of them seemed to fit the bill.
