so I have TR, using OMW Android but unfortunately I didn't disable it before starting the hortator quests, so right now I need the votes of the mainland councillors for the Telvanni Hortator requirements. At this point can I disable the TR_factions plugin and enable it after the quest? I also have a companion mod that is sensitive to load order, does disabling a mod (unchecking in OMW) shift the load order below it up?

While we are all waiting on the inevitably delayed next release, it is time to reflect a bit.
Tamriel Rebuilt was started in 2001 by Ender, Ash, ActSmiley, MrSlugworth, Moorkh, and others on the very old (green) Bethesda forums. Planning began before the release of TES III: Morrowind and development began as soon as the game and Construction Set were available.
A lot of things have happened since then: two expansions and eight “DLCs” later, Morrowind GotY was essentially said and done. Everything afterwards was made by the fans.
Lua Interrupt
During this week, there have been some developments in the world of Lua-implementations for MW, specifically a pending collaboration between the developers of MWSE and Tes3MP.
During this discussion, it came up that TR could do well with some Lua scripts as an addon. mort has volunteered to do something for some Daedric artifacts.
It was feared that this means we need to edit TR scripts so they no longer work with the vanilla engine. This is, however, incorrect.
I recently read old MK's quotes as well as descriptions of Guars on the old Morrowind website. I made a quick search here but I founded no mention of them.

I used to be an active modder for TR a loooong time ago, but my old account was disabled, so I am creating this one. I like the direction this mod is going recently would be happy to help out again. However the problem is I do only have a limited time due to a family life.
I've been doing exterior work for Province:Cyrodiil for a bit over three months now, and took on an interior claim about a week a go. Both claims have now been reviewed by Project Tamriel and I'm officially being promoted to modder status! I've been told to offer my showcases over here so as to join Tamriel Rebuilt! I also draw the odd concept piece now and again, if that ends up being useful.

This thread is for cataloguing technical issues with TR assets, and bringing these issues to the attention of the community. This will allow us to implement the most appropriate asset revisions or deprecations.
First of all, here's a modernised asset guideline that should be adhered to when revising old assets. It's also applicable to new asset development, but should not be as strictly followed, so as not to discourage any new contribution.

We allowed Scamp to invite the "PT Point Exchange" bit (now name "Bot Emeritus") into the TR Discord. It has the commands !help, !labels, !set, !show, !delete, and !northmarker, and shares a label database with the PT Discord. We discussed some changes in functionality, like restricting !help and !labels to #trspam, and separating meme labels out into another database and command set.

I have been trying to install Morrowind rebirth and tamriel rebuilt for the past few days now, but there appears to be an incompatibility issue with TR Travels esp. I noticed this with an NPC who is added to the dock of Seyda Nyen, who is used for fast travelling. Whenever I install Morrowind rebirth and go to talk to him, the only response he gives is "whos there?" Given this, I have unchecked TR Travels in my Data Files, and he is no longer loaded.
