I’ll start this thread off with a thought I had while going through the old documentation.
One of the suggested tropes for the Mages Guild is that they are beset by corruption, with the powerful members pursuing their own ends and letting the Mages Guild flounder as a result. It’s another symptom of the Empire’s eminent collapse.
Importance of Distinguishing from House Indoril
Self explanatory. House Indoril currently has more of a aristocractic/executive air while the Tribunal Temple is the religion itself. Should also be of note that the Temple has a history of being charitable to the poor (Something Caius Cosades said was the major he reason he respected them), another possible distinguishing factor from the Indoril, who may be more interested in political advancement.

I am having a problem with the trapdoor in the Grand Chapel of Talos: Undercroft in old ebonheart, when i activate it it just rotates the trap door a quarter turn clockwise, then if activated again it rotates back to its original state. I am also having the same problem with the entrance to the sewers in the water by the docks and also the one on the well in town, is this unfinished or an other problem. I cant seem to find anyone having this problem through google. so far every thing else i have seen is working just fine keep up the great work.

I thing I somehow messed up some of my textures regarding the TR Telvanni guards. They appear as the yellow error, all of them – not a specific part of the armor or such.
We aren’t touching Tribunal, but there’s a faction which may be relevant to Almalexia. The Common Tongue are near homophonous with the Commona Tong. Is this just a coincidence, or are the Commona Tong spearheading the effort to illegitimize and destablize the Crown?

House Crest
There is some discussion that the Skyrender symbol should be changed to something not-a-bug. The TESO manacles was decided against because it’s just plain silly. There was also some discussion on whether the minor houses within House Dres would fly their own crests in lieu of the Skyrender on, perhaps as a collection of pikes and banners on display in their clansteads. Suggestions for alternate crests:
*ancestor ghost in profile
*crop motifs
*blight moth perched on marshmerrow stalk
*ear of saltrice
Hello everyone, I’d like you let you all know that Kevaar has been added to the Lead Developers team.
While the position of Lead Developer is content agnostic since we moved on from the Head of <X> positions, Keevar has been a staple in quest building and implementation, as well as storyline perpetuation. Her experience in juggling slippery storylines will be incredibly beneficial to TR, and we hope that both parties will benefit from this arrangement in the long run.

While delving Old Mournhold’s manor district, it occurred to me nobody’s used the old Resdayn manor models before. One of adobe, the other of a giant conch. These could be used to lend an air of history to Indoril’s settlements, and break up the monotonous gray of their modern architecture.
I'd like to make a showcase using these Tribunal assets, but I wanted to know first, if they fit the design of TR. I was thinking of a fishing village of these half-sunken giant conches. The only draw back is they haven't unique interiors, but rather use the adobe tile set.

I used MGEXE with bloom and a view distance of 25 cells. No mods except TR. I took a lot all over, mostly far shots, and many that include parts of VVardenfell or are on VV looking at TR.
