Small, scrib-like creature for the Deshaan. Concept by Tammilisäke, model and texture by Feivelyn. Requires rigging, animating, and implementation; texture may benefit from minor alterations to fit Morrowind's artstyle better but seems to do fairly well as is. Texture should probably be scaled to 1024/256 resolution for HD and SD respectively.
This book is intended as a "faction book" for the Curia, similar to vanilla books for the Houses and Imperial factions. The books price and rarity should be similar to those types of books, i.e. cheap and common.
I'm not completely happy with this one, but it will do the trick and the contents (including the critical "how to join the faction" part at the end) can be revised once the Curia's role and significance is further clarified.
