I've played since GOTY box set was released in the very ealy aughts. I got into mods pretty much after my first run through and about every other year I basically relearn the game and adding mods from scratch because by the time I'm ready to play again the procedures have slipped my memory.
First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you! This is an amazing project, and I'd like to contribute in some small way. I'm not sure exactly what you could use me for, so I'll let you 'sort' me.
It has been proposed and agreed that Liches should not appear as levelled enemies. They are unique enough that they should be only placed and named, not appear as generic enemies.
One unique lich will go to the location currently occupied by the Argonian shaman, in "Malarnubi, Liskliss Kur's Sanctuary", who will be moved to the southern end of the Aanthirin release map.
Hello to all. If I become a head of a guild (of Mages, for example), will mainland guild masters give me quests? In vanilla Morrowind becoming a guildmaster stops getting next quests if there's some undone yet. How with mainland? I have TR_Mainland 18.07 without TR_Factions. By the way, what does TR_Factions exactly do?
I updated Tamriel Rebuilt from 17.09 to the newest, and now I can't load my savegame. I have updated to the newest Tamriel_Data as well. I found somewhere I'm supposed to run the TR_FilePatcher_v2.jar but I'm having trouble running it. Attempting to run in command line just gives me this error:

I've recently installed TR and got it running fine. I decided to start the tribunal dlc and begin exploring the mainland from Mournhold, but the main gate in the Dorom Plaza is still sealed like it is in vanilla. I looked around on here and the nexus and only found an old mod on the nexus that fixes that but it said it was outdated because TR_Travels contained in TR1512 fixes this. I've downloaded and installed the newest version of TR from the nexus. Did I mess something up? Is there a workaround? Or is it just not currently possible to move freely between Mournhold and Almalexia?

Hey guys so I'm in a hurry so I'll keep this short. Basically I've been an exterior developer for almost a year now, I've worked on an anshlander camp which didn't get to be introduced due to the Ebonheart release, and the claim is still locked.
What am I supposed to do? Not talking about the ashlander camp only. Like, what am I supposed to do overall?

For a while now (since TF's travel reports and the hip and cool pictures of Kevaar), some people have been kicking around the idea of a formal meetup of as many TR devs and hangarounds as possible.
Growing from idle chatter on Discord, the idea has solified enough that I'm formally proposing to have a meeting on the 15th and 16 June (Saturday and Sunday) in Münster, Germany. June 1st/2nd or 7th/8th has also been mentioned.
Hello. I am now playing TR_Mainland version 18.07. It was a nasty surprise for me when I saw no silt strider in Bal Oyra and no destination to Tel Ouada, Llothanis etc. from Firewatch. I saw an explanation on the forum that Telvanni keep no connection with Imperial towns, but haven't you tried too hard? Telanni towns are just unavailable by any meaning but running or swimming. It's ridiculous. A whole region cannot be isolated, they just must get supplies somehow.
An Esroniet mod is currently in development. Some lore info from Melchior Dahrk:
Black Harbor in Esroniet was renovated while the empire occupied it. primarily focused on military interests. Tigermoth Fort was built as well as a big expansion to the docks.

I have a simple question regarding the Official Plugin "Siege at Firemoth", does this overlap with Tamriel Rebuilt or is it compatabile?
Just wanted to say: Kudos to the voice actor of the guards there. It's like, they're obviously voiced by somebody on the TR team, but somehow that deeper, gravellier voice is more fitting of somebody called an Ordinator in Mourning with an ashen white mask with ink black, teary eyes. It really freaked me out.
As I travel along the road from Ranyon-ruhn on my way towards Necrom, I get errors like these:

I've done so much already to try to get this mod to completely work, what am I missing?

I have tried for atleast two months on and off to get this mod to work on my morrowind installation, howeverm, every time I download it, and press newgame, it constantly gives me an expression error i've no idea how to fix centered somwhere in Tel muthada, around alauduveran, in the script.
I've reinstalled, patched mods, so on and so forth, but nothing seems to work. It is very frustrating, as i have watched one of my utmost favorite youtubers play this mod and it looks stunning. i very much want to experience it for myself, and so, as i list my load order here:

I looked it up, and saw that I need to register the .bsa files.
