Hello all you dear developers of the great Tamriel Rebuilt! Please forgive me for troubling you with such a trivial complaint. I rarely visit the site (to my shame) and now I just read some news about new release, and compatibility troubles, and etc., but I am still playing release 16.12 and I am still a newbie in it and I still get confused in the mess of names, places and quests. I will certainly download the new release before starting a new game (which occurs 3-4 times a year), but now I am just enjoying what I already have and sometimes there are situations when I'd like some

Hi. just installed Cyrodil Isle of Stirk, Morrowind Mainland, and Skyrim all in all in openmw. I've tested each area with the COC command and now I would like to know how I can travel to these locations without using console commands? Thanks.
Ok. Figured out how to travel to cyrodil and skyrim. Can anyone please help me figure out how to travel to the mainland?

Hey, been trying to mod Morrowind so I can play Tamriel Rebuilt with OpenMW & can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with the files.
My problem is that after adding Tamriel Rebuilt, several faces are missing, in addition to bushes and so on.
Here's the log from OpenMW:
We now have a nice template for an Old Ebonheart newspaper in the merged assets.
What we don't have are issues or at least one issue for placement in inns and corner clubs. This is the topic for creating them (plugins welcome too).
This is the thread I will use to upload my showcases. Currently I have made an interior showcase using the Hlaalu Manor set using de_p furniture. My concept of the inhabitants was 4 brothers, Imperials, who were once legion members but fell in love with the culture of Morrowind and decided to stay. It's a pretty basic concept just to help me theme out the clutter and such. The file is attached, and as the name suggests my cell's name is "TR_i2767-2767-hla" without the quotes.
Proposed Agenda
- Go over the Curia & Palace dialogue spreadsheet to see what still needs to be done.
- Housekeeping after the Spring Release - what *precisely* to do?
Meeting Summary
Talos Tower
The Talos Tower needs NPCs, with Imperial Battlemages the occupants of choice.
Baan Malur, the traditional capital of Great House Redoran.
This topic aims to discuss potential interiors for the city. Attached to this post are maps with the interiors numbered, along with a spreadsheet to keep track of what is what.
In the first version of the spreadsheet, it has been already filled in to reflect the exterior. This means banners outside, and buildings such as guard towers.
FIX: I had to enable TR_Preview
Hey guys,
I’m having a very strange issue - the majority of the mainland is not loading for me.
Ok. This is the first interior I've ever shared so I'm sure it's not perfect. It is a two story structure. The owner is an alchemist or at least is surrounded with alchemy supplies. Middle class but attempting to appear better off than he is.
Hi, guys! I know we're all enthusiastic about the Elder Scrolls, but aside from that, I’m sure some of us have our own adorable companions at home. I created this thread for us to show off our pets. This is our loyal companion, Boogie. He's a Pomeranian who loves to hang out in our living room.
I was wondering if anyone had any tutorials they could recomend - espcifically ones focused around getting custom models and textures into the creation set?
The ones on the niftools website seemed promising, but are unfortunately useless due to broken image links. It's hard to find information since the morrowind modding tutorials are so outnumbered by skyrim-specific tutorials.
If there's a hidden goldmine on morrowind modding tutorial somewhere, being pointed in the right direction would be very much appreciated!
Is it possible to have access to the old name generator so that I may host it elsewhere? Or at least the database used to generate the names would be great.
Thanks either way!
Hello! Sorry for my English)
I want to draw yours attention about the fact of planning House Dres, based on some important historical facts.
1. So, The Deshaan Plains is a large salt plain. Salt - the most important product at Middle Ages and Antiquity. Salt allows to save food, this is the only normal preservative that allows you to make food supply.
As the exterior workflow is already being done, it should be codified. Preferably in the handbook.
I was looking at Archmaestro Antares' mods on modding history one day and found this : http://mw.modhistory.com/download-55-15333
It's an animation tutorial. It might be useful to some of our modellers so I'm posting a link to it here.

I have a problem in advancing to the wizard on VVardanfell, they always require a wizard staff but I have one in my inventory and just bought from someone in Mage's guild.Someone said it's TR's problem to cause this bug, who can solve this problem? I reach the requirement and have wizard's staff, however cannot advanced to the wizard.
And when I click the topic "Wizard's staff" always told me that "yes it is wise to keep your Wizard's staff......"
Hi, this post is an assortment of ideas I had in my head concerning Narsis, the capital of House Hlaalu. I'll speak as if being a traveling guide or a travel book, as I find that approach the most adequate for several reasons. I hope you like it and sparks your imagination. I'll post the already-done paragraphs and then edit to include the others. I do it this way to force myself through my procrastination. So, if you spot any inconsistency, tell me about it! Chances are I already have the answer but haven't got it in a coherent shape yet.
About a year ago I opened up the cs and was overwhelmed. I posted here and was pointed to your tutorials and it was a huge help. I am still very much an ameture but i would love to learn more. I can only work for about 5 hrs a week but small and simple interiors should be no problem. I would love to help out with a few interiors but before I do a highly embarrassng showcase is there a way I could just throw up an interior and get some mentoring from one of your members.
A Day in the Life of Testy:
A Test Character's Journal
Based on a true story
Wake up. Brush hair and apply makeup. Affix Test Character name badge. I don't know what Testing Character means, but okay. I just know my employers promised me free health insurance. Punch in to work.
Told to go to Old Ebonheart. Okay. Run there.
Long run. Kind of out of breath. Go to tavern.
Walk into tavern. The usual suspects. Check To-Do-List. Am told this is normal. Walk out.
Punch out.
Exterior showcase for Lake Andaram #6. I've worked very hard on it, I hope you like it.
"The little topics" are several topics that are used by Bethesda to give NPCs generic, location-focused dialogue. These are rather formulaic, with a general gist of topics they cover. Tamriel Rebuilt adds another two.
In order to be a resource for future locations, this page is intended to list these (Morrowind first, Tamriel Rebuilt second), decipher the questions that the NPCs actually answers, then give two to three examples.
Hi guys,
I wanted to introduce myself and offer up services for artwork to the team. I was part of the SHOTN team around 2012 but had to give up modding due to time constraints. Back then I was only doing interiors I believe, no art for the team.
Im a bit slow with my art so I'm not terribly prolific but maybe there's some areas I can be useful. I have some skills in interiors/exteriors, some programming, texturing, super basic modeling etc. Right now it may make sense to focus on art so as not to take on too much.
