I'm having issues with a new cave mesh I'm working with right now.
For some reason all particle effects don't show up in front of the mesh and I can't figure out why.
I uploaded the file and a screenshot of the problem below.

The Ashtaar heads were discussed. Mutton chops and Socius Ergalla-with-beard are slated for some editing. Mutton chops is supposed to get more polies, and and SE-with-beard will be un-Sociused by Rats.
Nedothril plants, Othreleth/Shipal-Shin and Deshaan Rocks were discussed and generally found okay.

So! We now have some CS implementers that are good at creating the scripting for quests, but are not so keen on doing the writing and dialogue. The EEC as found in Bloodmoon is a framing faction for the Solstheim Raven Rock questline. The EEC hall in Ebonheart is not related to it.
In TR the Mainland faction has a hall in Helnim with a handful of individual quests, plus a presence in Old Ebonheart and possibly elsewhere (see concept thread).
Fifteen new wilderness claims for Roth Roryn are now open for claiming! We need the help of the community to get them finished, so please feel free to check them out. Just make sure you're an interior developer, and you'll be good to go.

As there a some project in Telvanni Isles, I wanna drop some my ideas to add content to this place, because at now this is pretty empty.
People in Bahrammu village can tell you about old story about voung villager who left this place and go to Port Tellvanis, because he wanna become a mage. For a lot years he serve in Great House Telvanni, and when he become a wizard, he left main Telvanni island. There are rumors, that after that he go back to island and build stronghold there, but no one know where it is.

Beyond Skyrim, the Morrowind province mod for TES V: Skyrim has asked to incorporate some of TR’s lore and setting.
We are in broad agreement that lore can be reused as they see fit. Assets are a different problem, as Bethesda generally hammers projects hard that port across games. but using inspired, fully original designs are okay.
Hey guy this is just a WIP quest idea that could work as mid-tier or beginner quest. I am just posting for critiquing and suggest on where it takes place.
A farm has been having rat troubles and highers the adventurers to deal with it. After a killing a few rats off the land, the player can come back next week to find that problem has worsened with more rats being in the area.
I tried to install it the best I could from NexusMods, but couldnt figure out how to get Tamriel Data, Mainland, or Preview to show up in the Morrowind Launcher. I did everything it said to, moved all the files, and added the BA's to the ini file. Any ideas? I downloaded the game from Steam is that helps. I also watched the youtube video on how to install TR but I did what it says, still didnt work.
Hey, I'm new to the Project! I would love to lend a hand in writing lore and quests, specifically for the Morag Tong as well as, the yet to be discussed in the project, the Dark Brotherhood. I'd like to consider myself an "expert" in the two organizations. Although I know your lore is different, I think these two won't change much in their goals and ideals. I am also aware that the Dark Brotherhood isn't present in Morrowind, during the game, or lore, (besides the Dark Brotherhood spy, pretending to be a student ;]), which is a nice segue into the idea I have about the DB.
There is not actually much content to be posted for a March release. There are a couple of merged interiors and the Signpost revamp for InDev, Mainland could have a few bugfixes, but it’s not clear what’s going on in the section files, and the big thing for Necrom - the Ordinator voices - would work better in a big update with at least some of the new quests from the Quest pack.
I made this a couple months back and would like to submit it as a showcase for interiors. Thank you very much

With this mod, I am aiming for an Exterior Developer role for the TR mod. Later, I may apply for Interior Development as well.
This is a TR showcase mod created by me in about 5 to 10 hours. It is a small Imperial town in the middle of the Ashlands of Vvardenfell. Since this is an exterior-only showcase, I have not added any interiors.
I was thinking, and it would be a good idea for the locations of the Tribunal to make an equilateral triangle. So far we know the locations of Vivec and Almalexia. So you can find the location of Sotha Sil with this information.
I photoshopped an image of the basemap with a equilateral triangle to give an approxamate representation of where i think it should be.

A little about the interior:
It used to be either a poor inn or a corneclub that went out of business. Now a dunmer healer resides there. He rents out beds in the common area to those who need them and sometimes for free to those who can’t afford it.
So here it goes. A plan for the Thieves Guild questline in Old Ebonheart, 8 quests in total some of which are a bit longer. This is something I’ve been thinking about for ages, but only now I managed to put it in writing.
So I just found out about you guys, and I just had a couple questions.
#1 Have you completed the map/all the regions?
#2 Is there some kind of main story line that you are adding?
#3 Have you/will you add new join able factions?
#4 How many new towns are there in this mod?

I have been discussing with some people over at Project Tamriel about Orsinium. And now, especially with the brainstorming on the Malahk Orcs, I wanted to do something with the Orcs, because they are my favourite race in TES, so we have been brainstorming a bit of lore about the Orcs, Orc society etc.
So I want this topic to be a sort of place where you can drop some things you want included in Orc lore, or to read up on it. I will also try to post some Orsinium stuff at the High Rock forum.
