I'm a fan of long quests with lots of dialogue as many people are, but I'm also a fan of "moments", which is my term for short quests that have barely any dialogue, no dialogue, or maybe don't even show up in the journal at all. Things like this fall in the gap between NPCing a town and questing and occasionally exteriors or interiors.

Greeting alls,
this is my presentation to the Forum and the TR team and community.
The name is a bit confusing for many people, even in my own homeland, Italy, because is the traslation of my name "Ambrose" in Milan dialect, since I'm born in Milan. Is said more or less "Ambréus".
This is my idea dump to help resolve various lore disrepancies between TR and the canon games, and other projects that make use of our lore, such as Beyond Skyrim.
1) Shad Astula (ESO) and Meralag (TR)
ESO lore: Shad Astula is an academy of mages. Once meant for the elites of Morrowind society and a place where all the Great Houses could study in peace. During the Second Era's Ebonheart Pact, Shad Astula opened its doors to the rest of the Pact (Argonians and Nords).
TR lore: Meralag is a gated community of Indoril.
I'm having a heck of a time trying to open up TR in TES Construction Set. I have the Steam GOTY edition and did get that fixed version of TES CS that runs the GOTY edition. When I attempt to load up TR (along with MW, BM and TB) I get a looooong series of errors starting with "Could not find sound 'wind calm1' in load for region 'Mournhold Region'." I'm new to modding so I'm not sure if it is something completely obvious. I've tried looking up any details to this and been stumped.
Indoril Assets
Hello everyone and welcome to Dashboard Awareness Week!
What is Dashboard Awareness Week?
Do you like the "10 last posts" shown in the forum, but wish it had more items?
Do you want to see at a glance which claims you are currently developing?
Do you want to check quickly which assets are requested, without saving a bookmark to a 120 char long url?
This is my showcase demonstrating some exteriors around cell 7-21 or 7-12 around sheogorad region its a little basic however if its not up to par I'll make a better showcase.
Foul Murder Questline
-the party are directed to Necrom’s basement to find the last ringlet
-Alvu and Simine discuss (voiced lines) that the door is locked by three keys they have no way of getting
-the player demonstrates that the door is not locked at all and goes through, which indicates that something strange is going on
Sainthood
To be eligible for Sainthood, a Dunmer must undertake and succeed in some great task while always following the teachings of ALMSIVI. What constitutes a ‘great task’ is open to interpretation.
The time is the waning years of the Third Era. The Nerevarine has not yet been named, but the Sixth House has begun to stir, hardly more than rumors in the underbellies of the holy cities of Morrowind, or the tales of disappearing Buoyant Armigers and tradesmen on the front. An outlander has landed on the shores of Seyda Neen and begun to cause trouble, but such rumors have only just begun to filter down to Dres Horak to the far south...
Hi Everyone,
I have started working on an interior cave showcase yesterday and wanted some guidence to see if im on the right track.
Cheers
I have to say that I'm very thrilled and inspired by TR. I've been exploring the release so far and it feels like I always find new surprises and details all the time. The amount of detail and passion put into the project almost makes the original game pale in comparison!!
"Tamriel Rebuilt Community Creations/Calls"
Why: A working proposal to highlight TR's open-development philosophy, improve community outreach, and satisfy asset needs.
Who: Everyone, except for TR members.
Tamriel_Data
In connection with the upcoming Tamriel_Data update, we discussed a few assets.
Well, now that we have this shiny new Free Writing Forum, thought I'd see what people woud think of starting up a thread for roleplay!
Being that we're in TR, I figure we'd be based in Morrowind, but that'd flexible. I have some ideas as far as plotlines or locations to play in, but thought I'd get a general idea of who would be interested to try this first and what all you'd like to try.
So post away!
EXOTIC PLANT [PLACE HOLDER NAME] --
The EXOTIC PLANT is a large plant fiber that grows in warm, moist, mountainous regions of southern Morrowind. This plant is known for it's large inverted mushroom shaped pods, which have sentient tendrils that dangle down from the pods. While once found in native conditions, this plant thrives in plantation conditions. Though due to the conditions and farming style that is required to grow this delicate fiber, only the wealthiest of Houses and families are known to grow these plants.
Howdy everyone, I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but this seemed like the best place to post. I am a Software Engineering Major (Junior Status), with a minor in Computer Science. I currently specialize in C++, using Object Oriented Programming ideas and logics. I have aspirations in getting into the game industry, so I'm hoping to break into some projects and get some experience. Morrowind will always hold a special place in my heart as its expansive and its alien landscapes had captivated me when I was a child--thus, planting the seeds for me yearning to make games.
So I got everything installed and it works great, but I noticed I was getting some noticable framerate dips in the larger Tamriel Rebuilt cities.
I assumed it was, at least partly, due to the fact that I went with the HD Tamriel Data so I was thinking of switching to the Vanilla TR Data. Is this an easy switch? Can I overwrite the HD files with the Vanilla files and switch the .esp files and go about my business? Or am I going to need to do a full re-install?
Dealing with conflicts with modders working on TR
- To avoid conflicts with TR mods, developers should check a list of mods affecting TR and check with any modders whose work may be affected.
- Perhaps stress our Discord presence a bit more in our external content, as people may find it to have a lower barrier of entry than our forums and will be more ready to bring an issue to our attention.
- TR should provide the detailed correct step by step procedure to use mash updaters in the readme
As a showcase I've made two small islands. One of them includes 3 houses and a small area with a firepit and seating. It currently includes no interiors (since that's not really my expertise) and no NPC's (even though it has pathing). It was made and polished in 30 - 40 minutes. I'm fully aware that more detail can be put into these islands but since it's a showcase I don't want to spend too much time on it and then let it go unused.
So, when I first installed the mods I had fast travel to the mainland available. I thought I had installed the mod improperly due to missing NPCs (Then I found the progress report.) Then I had a major mod conflict, so I deleted, and reinstalled Morrowind and Tamriel rebuilt. Now I cannot use the NPCs fast travel to the mainland. I.E. the locations on the mainland aren't even listed as destinations. I cannot figure out how remedy this. I have tried multiple clean installs aswell as only installing Tamriel rebuilt. Ideas?
Hey guys, first of all, love what you all have accomplished so far. Though, I run around and lots of areas are not inhabited. So, my question is that, is there a list of all complete(ish) areas? Or did I just not install something properly?
Deshaan Plains
How Clanstead platforms work
So I recently installed tamriel rebuilt, I even patched the files, but im still encountering errors. I don't know what else to say, ill keep looking for a solution, but to save some time ill ask for help here.

Retropodiadae is an order of Nrin vertebrate evolved in isolation of other dominant taxa. The order is a highly derived form of the ancestral land dwelling bipedal jawed vertebrate. It had occupied a niche of a small ambush predator in thickets and bushes.
