Docelle Bien's greeting doesn't change after finishing the quest. They decide they don't need the tiles anymore, but in a greeting she still mentions "desperate need for mosaic tiles".
The topic associated with the quest, mosaic tiles, is not mentioned in any of the journal entries.

Harald Swift-Oak at the Imperial Census Office told me about one of his clerks going mad and venturing into the sewers on the east side of town. I have been tasked with returning an important scroll he had with him when he left.

In "Belated Justice" quest, once the story about Deesh-Ja has been found out, General Casik still lies about the reason why he was returning late. I believe this dialog should be updated after he admits to having an affair.
Jannav Miranus got contradicting dialogs during "Ghoulish Business" quest. I'm in the stage, where I found Tindalos body. Jannav acknowledges it in "disappearing bodies" dialog. However, in "Tindalos" dialog he still asks me to find his son.
Not sure if this belongs to TR_Mainland or TR_Preview - it's a dialog with Hamal in Old Ebonheart, Hamal's Redguard Goods. His every greeting is asking if the player's "come to see the fabled Shield of Mad-Hoosa's Gaze", even after having sold it to the player. I think it should be checked if the player has it, and give a different greeting then.
While doing the "Catcatching in Almas Thirr" quest, I gave Aillijar a cheap potion of invisibilty. He jumped off the building and ran at the door, but stopped right in front of the exit. He was standing there, then the invisibility effect wore off, and he was still standing there, until he disappear after a considerable amount of time.
Dialogue with Tullo Verotus from "A Paranoid Taxman" quest near Indal-ruhn is really minimalistic, it should be expanded in my opinion. During the travel, the only thing he has to say is a generic greeting, ""It is truly a pleasure to see you".There is no greeting reaction to the bandit on the bridge - I think he should comment on it at least once.
Also, but this is debatable, "travel together" topic could be added.
