Overrun Shipwreck (next to Andarannipal) has an issue on Lower Level - going close to the celling and jumping allows player to "jump out" of the cell. It is also possible to go back to the cell.
The quest "Atriban's Metamorphosis" appears to not show up as completed in the journal when events play out in a particular order, at least on my openmw version. I have attached screenshots of the journal and quest log showing that the quest is still open, and the order in which this bug occured for me. There is no dialogue option following up on Atriban's condition as the log implies, as this option seems to have been exhausted earlier.
Loving all the new ingredients! First time trying an alchemist playthrough and some very interesting combinations are possible. I hope someone is keeping track of all the brand new alchemical ingredients being added, because at this stage it seems there are many one-off effects that aren't yet possible to be paired with other ingredients (of course I could be wrong but after many hours of playing I only found for example, one instance of jump or resist normal weapons, and several specific fortify skill effects).
Armun pass, the ex stairs to tower can't be walked up without jumping the first step
Andarannipal ex none of the water lilies are harvestable, just statics. If this is intentional I can't understand why? Seems very useful to be able to grab a few to chew on before diving in the flooded parts of the ruin.
