Although Tel Narrusa was transformed into Tel Gilan, the Telvanni Brown Book of 3E 426 still cites Darythi as the Mage Lord of the Tower of Tel Narrusa, Helnim.
When using the swindling dark elves topic and convincing Dolyn Volor, Drathas Llothin, Ienasa Llothil and Onvos Dovyn, the topic disappears and you receive no quest item.
The book "T_Bk_DefenseOfMorrowindTR" is repeatedly used in incorrect places. The book contains information presented as strategic by the author, that should by no means fall into the hands of enemies of the Empire: it seems to me it should only be found in Imperial-aligned places, and even then probably not in public areas.
Exemple: about Fort Firemoth, "This could be a massive weakness should an invader know of it". Dude, your book is for sale in three major cities.
If you steal the cursed crown from Andas's vault, you are able to deliver it to him again for a second time. Doing so also returns the miners to their incapacitated states. Title really says it all. The Old Journal From Siridunbal still mentions the Firewatch Library which was removed in the EoE update. Unsure about the other place name references in the book, but I am also unsure what purpose the book serves, so perhaps it could just be cut.
