Completing the quest "Noises Off" requires to find a NPC named Turosi Salvel, from Port Telvannis. However, his Port Telvannis home is currently empty and locked, with the Dunmer himself being nowhere to be found. Besides, when I stand in front of his door, my and his location appear in the console as follows (see attachment):
Me: (341942.84; 140670.50)
Turosi Salvel: (-114.95; 22;23)
Following Salvel's coordinates led me somewhere near the Assarnatamat shrine, northeast of Balmora, where the NPC couldn't be found either. So, what happened to him?
After being forcegreeted by Athando Andas (TR_m4_Athando_Andas), the "Certificate of Credibility" topic does not show up with any merchants or guards in Andothren (Unless it's supposed to be for one specific merchant or guard that I missed, but in that case it should probably be changed to all of them.) This makes it impossible to complete "Certificate of Credibility" (TR_m4_And_Credibility) by realizing that it's a scam, and you have to either fall for it or deliberately avoid his forcegreet every time you go past in order to get the quest out of your journal.
The quest "Temple: Dead Shores" (TR_m3_TT_RuinousKeep) is marked as a Temple quest despite not being related to any Temple questlines, or even, as far as I'm aware, being able to be directed to it by a Temple questgiver.
If you're doing a mainland only run, it's surprisingly difficult to find where you're supposed to join House Hlaalu.
The topic "join House Hlaalu" does have dialogue lines filtered for Hlaalu members in Andothren, but there's no one that would give you the topic, so you're left without any directions until you talk to Dreynos Helvi.
The ramp near the campfire mudcrab spawn in this area is tough to negotiate to get back to the main walkway. I ended up jumping to the side as I went up the ramp, which I don't think is intended.
I got stuck inside the platform in this area that drops away when you pull the crank. It happened as it was coming back up. I'm not sure if it's something that is fixable or just an engine thing, but I decided to post regardless.
