Aaron's Quest Showcase

I put together a short simple quest for a showcase!  It's not very complicated but I was a complete novice going into this so I learned a lot in the process.  I'm sure there is a lot to improve and errors I'm not catching.  I don't really think this is ready for a full review yet but since this is my first attempt at modding of any kind I would really appreciate some initial feedback to make sure I don't waste a bunch of additional time.

Made to match T_De_SetHla_X_Building_07 and put, theoretically, in the Othreleth Woods region on the main river. Includes a fisherman and his wife, who is an enchanter. They were added more for my own fun and immersion but I did still follow the NPC guidelines page in creating them.

I believe I've met all of the requirements here. 5 added NPCs. 4 of those share 1 script however. The other has their own script. All scripts were written by me.

Journal is definitely 6+ stages

9 topics, multiple greetings, added a topic to latest rumors.

Summary: A new religious figure has appeared at the Grand Bazaar in Narsis. Go speak to him, for a small fee, and find out if he is all that he appears.

what is that tag anyways,, im new to modding and especially morrowind weird .nif files but i would REALLY SUPER appreciate being told whats wrong with this test ugly lantern thing i made. I mean my uvs are ugly but i make them specifically to go where I want/what I think looks good idk if thats bad or anything... errrr yes I would like to help with 3D models Im kinda bad but I have some experience in blender Im also used to quads so thats probably an issue. I should stop rambling. The textures are from the game files that I unpacked so the only new thing is the model.

Warped Interior Showcase

So this is the first time for me on the dev side of anything, but I am excited to learn, and hope to start with good habits. Been playing the game and following the mod team for many years now, so I finally wanted to give back a little. So far, I just have the shell done plus some lighting and item placement requirements. Int concept is a seedy shop that went out of business and squatters moved in after being unused for a long time. I tried to put together a workflow list as follows

Create shell : Done

Match exterior : Done

I've been working on this for a few days and thought that it's in a good state for some feedback.

Summary: Romil's been robbed. You offer to help him and when you find the culprits there's a twist! They too have been robbed (kinda). So you have to help them get their stuff back before getting to Romil.

Should fulfill the requirements and meet the quidelines.

 

Game freeze when interacting with Tamriel Rebuilt content

EDIT: This is resolved; there was an older version of Tamriel_Data near the bottom of the load order that was overwriting the newer version.

Lytre's Interior Showcase

I think the ref count went a little high but im not sure where the bloat came from, I feel like I cluttered a normal amount, the dining table and the 2nd floor bookshelf feel a little bare tbh
I put most of the personality into the two bedrooms trying to convey the different personalities of the two people that live here, a mage and a fighter of some kind

Warhorse, Interior Showcase

G'day fellow Morroweebs,

One interior showcase attached.

Played the game since release and messed around with mods on and off; but this is the first productive use of my time with the game. Made myself familar with CSSE which is quite nifty, but any pointers are appreciated. Rotating objects convincingly is fun.

Uses "ex_hlaalu_b_03" as the shell, overall 4x2x2 with basement conforming to my best judgement. Cell name is simply "TR_Warhorse_Showcase". Basement door fitted with minor lock.

missing models, but no error messages

as the title says I have these yellow missing models all over the place when visiting the mainland, but I don't get any messages about anything missing.

I have registered the bsa files in morrowind.ini and no idea what's wrong.

Possible bug for The Eye of Argonia quest

The Eye of Argonia quest in old Ebonheart. the 1st thieves guild one. The boat on the right (in attached image) should be the correct boat but there is no Ephaie Calicca NPC. I checked a video online and there is a boat with big red lettering on the sails, but there is no boat on mine. Also the online map says there should be 4 boats but there is only 3 boats on mine.

Feedback: "Disembodied" Easter Egg (SPOILERS)

Doing the Tribunal Temple / Speaker for the Dead quest called "Disembodied", I was tasked with finding the Scroll of Cautious Beckoning.

When I foung the scroll I read it and when I found it was an Easter Egg, it brought me great joy.

Reading some older posts I found out it's a consensus that it should be more difficult to join Great Houses Inoril and Dres. Various proposals were suggested on how to implement it. Here is one of mine.

Kinda Lame quests

Doing the missions for the factions feels really boring and uninspired. I hate the thieves guild missions in Old Ebonheart for Cap’n Fentus.( Stupid shorthad should be Captain)(This questline Single handedly made me make this account and rant.)  the quest for The Eye of Argonia Made me want to kill everyone on the boat and the captain thief guy. well I did several times and I got to the point I can’t even continue with these quests because I wouldn’t work with this guy after that bullshit he pulled.

slyeye Interior Showcase

Hey folks! Been following the project and lurking on the discord for a few weeks now, so thought I should get off my butt and see if I could contribute any. I did an interior showcase modeled to fit in ex_hlaalu_b_14. Idea is that it's an int shared by two women, one of which is a foodie and has a collection of ingredients, the other who is one who dreams of learning enchanting to make something like one of the artifacts she's read about, but is hindered by a skooma addiction. Anyhow, let me know how it looks!

Done with my quest, at this point I couldn't tought of anything that I messed up, but as you review it you will probably spot mistakes.

I'm quite happy with it, have fun while playtesting it!

SpottheCat Quest Showcase

This is my (curerently WIP) Quest Showcase using the Shipal-Sharai misc A Family Affair. It is currently about 80% done but I wanted to post it earlier in order to get feedback and help with some situations I don't know how to handle. Possible bugs in Tel Mothrivra

The "Quality Time" quest requires me to try to talk to Sedri Endavel, a jailor.  I looked for her at the prison, but she isn't there.  There aren't any cells either.  Is the Prison not fully implemented?  [EDIT] She is there, just not where I expected. [/EDIT]

A probably minor quibble - the banner for the "Glass Goblet" looks like a Limping Scrib.

ymAtaraxia Exterior Showcase

Here's my ext showcase, on which I was working for the past few months. I think I've sat on this a bit too long, and need some feedback, tho it is finished (at least it can be reviewed). Smal and simple island, bitter coast region, with town based on Seyda Neen + tomb + daedric ruin. Tried not using too many refs.
